Certain work is done on a "flat fee" basis in which the amount is agreed upon in advance.

Other matters, because of the uncertainty of the time that may be involved, require that the services be performed on an "hourly" basis.

I generally do not accept "contingent fee" cases, but I will review all matters before making a determination to do so or not.

All flat fee cases require advance payment of the fee. Hourly cases require the payment of a deposit in an amount agreed upon with the Client.
